Launched in July 2014 by François Deschamps, freshly graduated from the SAE Institute in Brussels (Sound Engineer), the brand began its activities with the maintenance and repair of audio equipment. The design of guitar/bass cabinets is the second activity of Invaders Amps, but also the customization of these (tolex, grillcloth, choice of loudspeakers, etc.).
Finally, the hallmark of the company turns out to be customization. Four years later, after research and preparation in this field, helped by Pascal Gonda, the first Invaders Amps amp emerges: the 720 Britt with 2 Clean and Drive channels releasing a power of 20W.
Staying in the vein of 2-channel amplifiers, the two friends will soon launch their High-Gain model in 6L6, the 850 Devil based on American-type amplifiers. Variants of this model will follow with the 850 Dual Masters and the 950 Bad'As, the latter will be mounted in EL34 providing even more gain and subtle compression.
All that was missing were clean-type amps in the range... The 535 BlueGrass (6L6) and the 535 BlueLemon (EL34), both 35W, are designed on an excellent Clean/Crunch basis approach, Plug and Play use and an excellent pedal platform.
The demand was growing for an even more dynamic and powerful model, the 535 BlueGrass was "upgraded" to 50W: the 550 BlueGrass, ideal for headroom and sufficient power for the amp to become versatile for guitarists and also bassists.

Adapted from the 850 Devil, the 950 provides a more compressed and modern tone.
This head is mounted with EL34 tubes to accentuate playing accuracy and brilliance to the amp's tone.
The Normal channel reveals a vintage British clean/crunch tone
The Drive channel is an aggressive and piercing High-Gain overdrive channel.
Sculpt your sound with the switch option: Notch, adjusts low frequencies and Switch Balls, for different compression.
The Deep switch adds roundness and depth to the Channel Drive. Both channels have their own Bright switch.

Selector : AmpsCabs
Simple and practical, this selector allows you to connect three amps and three cabinets and to switch from one combination to another.
The 3 jack inputs have a fixed impedance of 22 ohms to protect tube amps when switching.
When using an 8 Ohm cabinet, the impedance is 5.7 Ohm. A cabinet in 4 Ohm, the impedance is 3.3 Ohm.
The best use is to put the amplifiers in 4 Ohm or 8 ohm output with a 16 Ohm box
It is preferred and recommended to use only one Input on the amplifiers at a time. No guitar signal breakout box.
